Ms. Parker joined Newport Capital Partners in 2018 and is an Associate focused on Property Accounting.  She supports financial statements preparation, assists with property operations, and coordinates tenant and vendor inquiries and requests.  Additionally, she is responsible for corporate administrative functions including meeting and calendar schedules, accounts payable and receivables, office technology and equipment maintenance, and collateral materials.

Ms. Parker has over 10 years of property management and customer relations experience.  Prior to joining NCP, she was a Property Manager with Westdale Asset Management.  During her tenure, she developed and implemented real estate strategies that supported business and financial objectives, oversaw a team of onsite personnel for a 400-unit multifamily community, and executed various initiatives to improve revenue and tenant retention.  She also worked at food company Morton Salt as a Consumer Care Associate and interfaced and addressed over 15,000 consumer inquiries on an annual basis.  Early in her career, Ms. Parker served in the United States Army as a Specialist with the 642nd Engineer Support Company.

Ms. Parker received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Chicago State University and her Master of Project Management (MPM) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She volunteers her time and is a supporter of VA Voluntary Service (VAVS).
